DELIVERY, EXCHANGE, REFUND
Sleeves protection orders up to € 80 are sent by La Poste at Green Letter rate. The indicative delivery time for orders shipped at Green Letter rate is 72 hours.
From 80 €, orders are sent with the tracked mail option.
We deliver in Europe as well as in certain overseas departments.
For any order of armchairs or tables, the shipment is made by our DPD transporter. Validated and paid orders are generally sent within 3/5 working days, unless out of stock. In this case, we will quickly inform you of this state and agree with you on the best solution:

We will refund your purchase as soon as possible if we cannot find a solution together.
When we deliver to Switzerland or Liechtenstein, we take care of the complete processing of your order and we prepare all the required customs documents. Please note, however, that you are responsible for paying the import charges and local VAT.
If in the context of an order, you order several items, for which different delivery times are announced, the items will be the subject of a group shipment insofar as we have not agreed anything else with you . In this case, it is the article with the longest delivery time, which is valid as the delivery time for sending the order.
In case of error or if the product simply does not suit you, you have the option of returning your purchase. You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days to be reimbursed. This period is understood from the reception of the product. The returned product must be in its original packaging, unopened or unpacked, in perfect condition for resale. In accordance with the law, the costs of this return are your responsibility. Subject to the perfect execution of the return, Airborne will refund the price of the returned product, within fourteen 14 days following the correct receipt of the withdrawal.
Without prejudice to the time available to the customer to exercise their right of withdrawal, upon receipt of the products, it is up to the customer or the recipient to ensure that the products delivered correspond to their order, and to check the condition and compliance products in relation to his order.
The customer (or, if applicable, the recipient) will formalize their acceptance of delivery by signing the delivery receipt issued by the carrier.
If, upon delivery, the external appearance of the package is not perfect, the customer or the recipient of the products will open the package in the presence of the carrier to check the condition of the products. In the event of damage resulting from transport, the customer must refuse the damaged products and indicate "refusal for damage" on the return slip.
In the event of an apparent defect in the parcel, the customer must make all reservations and complaints which appear justified; it will be up to him, if necessary, to refuse the package.
In the event of a refusal of delivery or return of the product for the reasons referred to in the previous paragraph, the customer may request a new delivery or the cancellation of his order.
In the event of a reservation or apparent damage found after delivery of the product within a maximum of 3 working days, it is your responsibility to alert Airborne via a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or an e-mail (contact@airborne.fr) , by providing justifications for the anomalies noted, either on the product and / or on the package, then return the product and the package to Airborne in suitable packaging. Subject to compliance with these provisions and that the occurrence of damage is not your fault, Airborne will reimburse you the sums paid when placing the order and the justified return costs within fourteen 14 days of receipt by Airborne of the product in question. Any failure on your part to comply with the provisions of this article may exclude reimbursement of the product. The return address to be used for packages and documents is as follows:
