Where Airborne acts as a processor of your data on behalf of a third party, you must contact the entity acting as data controller to exercise this right.

Information on your right to object under Article 21 of the GDPR

  1. Right to object in specific cases
In addition to the rights already mentioned, you have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you that is based on Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR (processing in the public interest) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (processing based on a balancing of interests); this also applies to profiling based on these provisions within the meaning of Article 4(4) of the GDPR. If you submit an objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Please also note that if we stop processing as a result of your objection, the Site or Products may no longer be available to you, or only to a limited extent.

  2. Right to object to processing for advertising purposes
You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including any subscription to our newsletters or personalised advertisements; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes in the future.

Article 6 – Data security
You are informed that your data may be disclosed pursuant to a law, a regulation or a decision of a competent regulatory or judicial authority or, where necessary, in order for the Publisher to protect its rights and interests.

Article 7 – Data stored by our host
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our platform and its service providers.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we may transfer your personal data, including your contact details and order details, to Klarna so that Klarna can assess whether you are eligible and tailor these options to your needs. Your transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna’s privacy policy.

Article 8 – Data retention period
We process and store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations. We therefore store data for as long as our contractual relationship with you as our User requires. After termination of our contract, we will retain personal data only to the extent and for as long as required by law. All other data will be deleted immediately when you, as a User, unsubscribe from our services. If the remaining data is no longer required to fulfil legal obligations, it will be deleted regularly, unless its further processing is necessary to preserve evidence or to prevent legal claims from becoming time-barred.

USE OF COOKIES

A cookie is a small text file sent to your browser by the website you visit. Thanks to this cookie, information about your visit, such as your preferred language and other settings, is saved on the website. This can make your next visit easier and make the site more useful to you. Cookies play an important role; without them, using the Web could be much more frustrating.

For information:
Session cookies: These cookies are deleted when you close your browser and do not collect information from your computer. They are created temporarily in your browser’s subfolder and do not personally identify the user.
Persistent cookies: These cookies are saved on your hard drive until they expire (e.g. according to an expiry date) or until you delete them. They are used to collect information about the user, such as web browsing behaviour or a user’s preferences for a specific site.
Advertising cookies: We may use cookies provided by third parties to show you advertisements for Airborne products that may interest you on the devices you use and to track the performance of these advertisements. These cookies remember information such as which browsers have visited our websites. Information provided to third parties does not include personal information, but this information may be re-associated with personal information after it is received by Airborne.

Airborne also uses third-party advertising networks that collect IP addresses and other information from web beacons (see below) on our websites, in emails and on third-party websites. Advertising networks track your online activities over time and across different sites or other online services by collecting interaction information through automated means, including the use of cookies. These technologies may recognise you across the different devices you use, such as a computer, smartphone or tablet. Third parties use this information to deliver advertisements for products and services tailored to your interests. You may see these advertisements on other websites or mobile applications on any of your devices. This process also helps us manage and track the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. The third parties with which Corel partners to provide certain features on our websites or to display advertising based on your browsing activity use Flash cookies to collect and store information. Flash cookies differ from browser cookies in terms of the volume of data, the type of data and the method of data storage.

We use Google AdWords and Google remarketing cookies to allow users who have already visited our Sites and are interested in our Products to be reached again through targeted advertising on pages of the Google partner network. You can disable Google’s use of cookies for these purposes by visiting https://www.google.fr/settings/ads. Both services are subject to Google’s privacy policy, available at http://www.google.com/intl/fr/policies/privacy.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
On our websites, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which place cookies relating to your use of our websites; these are generally sent to and stored on a Google server in the United States. Within the EU, your IP address will be shortened by Google on our websites before being sent to Google’s servers. To this end, we have implemented the code “gat._anonymizeIp()” to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses. You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie relating to your use of our websites, and from processing this data, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. For more information on Google’s terms of use and data protection, see https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html and https://privacy.google.com/#.

Web beacons
Airborne uses web beacons, alone or in combination with cookies, to collect information about how our customers and visitors use our websites and interact with our emails. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognise certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you have viewed a website linked to the web beacon, as well as a description of a website linked to the web beacon. For example, Airborne may place web beacons in marketing emails so that we are notified when you click a link in the email that takes you to one of our websites. Web beacons help Airborne operate and improve the content of our websites and email communications.
