Delivery is made by Kuehne & Nagel to the ground floor and the packaging (cardboard box + pallet) will not be taken away. Please arrange for assistance to carry the goods upstairs.

- Orders for foot protectors up to €80 are sent via La Poste using the Lettre Verte service. The estimated delivery time for orders shipped via Lettre Verte is 72 hours.
- Orders over €80 are sent with the tracked mail option.
- We deliver to Europe as well as to some French overseas departments and territories.
- For all orders of armchairs or tables, shipping is handled by our carrier DPD. Orders that have been validated and paid for are generally shipped within 3-5 business days, unless an item is out of stock. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible and work with you to find the best solution.

- We will refund your purchase as soon as possible if we cannot find a solution together.
- When we deliver to Switzerland or Liechtenstein, we handle the entire order processing and prepare all the necessary customs documents. However, please note that you are responsible for paying any import duties and local VAT.
- If you order several items with different delivery times, they will be shipped together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the item with the longest delivery time will be the one used to determine the delivery date for the entire order.
- Without prejudice to the period within which the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal, upon receipt of the products, it is the responsibility of the customer or the recipient to ensure that the products delivered correspond to their order, and to verify the condition and conformity of the products in relation to their order.
The customer (or, where applicable, the recipient) will formalize their acceptance of the delivery by signing the delivery receipt issued by the carrier.
If, upon delivery, the exterior of the package is not in perfect condition, the customer or recipient of the products must open the package in the presence of the carrier to verify the condition of the products. In the event of damage resulting from transport, the customer must refuse the damaged products and indicate "refused due to damage" on the return slip.
In the event of an apparent defect in the package, the customer must make all reservations and claims that appear justified; it will be up to him, if necessary, to refuse the package.
In the event of refusal of delivery or return of the product for the reasons referred to in the preceding paragraph, the customer may request a new delivery or the cancellation of their order.
In the event of any reservation or apparent damage observed after delivery of the product, within a maximum of 3 business days , you must notify Airborne by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by email (contact@airborne.fr), providing justification for the anomalies observed, whether on the product and/or the packaging, and then return the product and packaging to Airborne in suitable packaging. Subject to compliance with these provisions and provided that the damage was not caused by you, Airborne will reimburse you for the sums paid at the time of the order and the justified return shipping costs within fourteen (14) days of Airborne's receipt of the product in question. Any failure on your part to comply with the provisions of this article may preclude reimbursement of the product. The return address to use for packages and documents is as follows:
