    • DELIVERY INFORMATION

      • Orders for foot protection worth up to €50 are sent by La Poste using the Lettre Verte rate. The approximate delivery time for orders sent using the Lettre Verte rate is 48 hours.
      • From €50 to €100, orders are sent with the tracked mail option.
      • For all orders over 10 kg, shipping is handled by our carrier DPD. Validated and paid orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days, unless they are out of stock. In this case, we will inform you promptly of the status and agree on the best solution with you:
        • We will let you know our best time frame.
        • We will refund your purchase as soon as possible if we cannot find a solution together.
      • We deliver to Europe and some overseas territories. Shipping is always done with the tracked mail option.
      • In the event of an error or if the product simply does not suit you, you have the option to return your purchase. You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days to receive a refund. This period begins upon receipt of the product. The returned product must be in its original packaging, unopened or unpacked, and in perfect condition for resale. In accordance with the law, the costs incurred by this return are your responsibility. Subject to the perfect execution of the return, Airborne will refund the price of the returned product within fourteen (14) days following proper receipt of the withdrawal.
      • In the event of any apparent reservation or damage noted upon delivery of the product, it is your responsibility to alert Airborne within a maximum of three (3) working days via registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or an e-mail (contact@airborne.fr), providing justifications for the anomalies noted, whether on the product and/or on the package; then return the product and the package to Airborne in suitable packaging. Subject to compliance with these provisions and provided that the occurrence of the damage is not your fault, Airborne will reimburse you for the sums paid when ordering and the justified return costs within fourteen (14) days from receipt by Airborne of the product in question. Any failure on your part to comply with the provisions of this article may exclude reimbursement of the product.
