    • DELIVERY INFORMATION

      • Orders for foot protectors up to €50 are sent via La Poste using the Lettre Verte service. The estimated delivery time for orders shipped via Lettre Verte is 48 hours.
      • Orders between €50 and €100 are sent with the tracked mail option.
      • For orders over 10 kg, shipping is handled by our carrier, DPD. Orders that have been validated and paid for are generally shipped within 3-5 days, unless an item is out of stock. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible and work with you to find the best solution.
        • We are letting you know our best possible timeframe.
        • We will refund your purchase as soon as possible if we cannot find a solution together.
      • We deliver to Europe and to certain French overseas departments and territories. All shipments are sent via tracked mail.
      • If there is an error or if the product simply doesn't suit you, you have the option to return your purchase. You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days to receive a refund. This period begins from the date you receive the product. The returned product must be in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged, and in perfect condition for resale. In accordance with the law, the costs incurred for this return are your responsibility. Provided the return is processed correctly, Airborne will refund the price of the returned product within fourteen (14) days of receiving the return in full.
      • In the event of any reservations or apparent damage observed upon delivery of the product, you must notify Airborne within three (3) business days by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or email (contact@airborne.fr), providing justification for the observed anomalies, whether on the product and/or the packaging; then return the product and packaging to Airborne in suitable condition. Provided that these provisions are respected and that the damage is not attributable to you, Airborne will reimburse you for the sums paid at the time of the order and the justified return shipping costs within fourteen (14) days of Airborne's receipt of the product in question. Any failure on your part to comply with the provisions of this article may preclude reimbursement of the product.
