Definitions of terms used in this policy
The following terms will be used hereafter:

"Personal Data": defined as "any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to that person," in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.

"Site" or "Service": the website http://www.airborne.fr and all of its pages.

“Publisher”: AIRBORNE DESIGN SARL, the legal entity responsible for publishing and maintaining the Site’s content (RCS Mont de Marsan 528684517)

“User”: any internet user visiting and using the Site’s Services.

Article 1 - Introduction and Purpose of the Charter
This charter aims to inform you of the Site's commitments regarding respect for your privacy and the protection of your personal data, collected and processed during your use of the service.
By registering on the Site, you agree to provide us with truthful information about yourself. Providing false information is contrary to the general terms and conditions found on the Site.
You may at any time request information from AIRBORNE DESIGN regarding what information about you is held by AIRBORNE DESIGN, object to its processing, or have it modified or deleted, by contacting the publishing director at contact@airborne.fr.
Article 2 - Data Collected on the Site - Purposes of Processing
Depending on how you interact with us, we process different types of data in different ways. Some data is processed automatically when you visit our site. Other data is only processed if you actively submit it to us (for example, by using our web forms to contact us or by uploading content to our site).
Even if you visit one of our sites as a guest, your computer or device automatically sends technical information to our web servers, which we store in log files, including "Website Usage Data":

We process website usage data to enable you to browse the Site and ensure its functionality. We also process website usage data to analyze Site performance, continuously improve the Site and correct errors, ensure IT security and the proper functioning of our systems, and prevent or detect abuse. We process this data in aggregated or pseudonymized form to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user movement around the Site, gather demographic information about our user base as a whole, improve marketing (including by offering you a personalized and relevant service), enhance the user experience on our Site, and ensure the security of our IT systems.
Transaction Data: Regarding purchases you may make online or by telephone, we will process your contact and billing information, such as your name and address. We will only use this data to complete your order, for billing purposes, and for internal accounting. Your bank details and related information are processed by our financial partners provided by our hosting provider (Stripe here and PayPal here). We do not have access to your bank details or card numbers (see Article 7).

Article 3 - Purpose of Collected Data
Data marked as mandatory on the Site's forms is necessary to access the corresponding Site functionalities, and more specifically, to perform operations on the content offered therein.
The Site collects and processes User Data to send emails, compile traffic statistics, and process orders placed on the Site.
Article 4 - Recipients and Use of Collected Data
The data we collect is processed for the purposes of operating the Service's content.
You may receive emails from our Service, particularly as part of newsletters you have subscribed to. You can unsubscribe from these emails or delete your personal information by contacting us at contact@airborne.fr or by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email or newsletter you receive.
Article 5 - Your rights regarding the processing of your data

Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of your data by the competent data protection supervisory authority under Article 77 of the GDPR, but only with regard to the processing of your data which we carry out on our own behalf, as the data controller. If Airborne acts as a data processor for a third party, you must contact the entity acting as the data controller to exercise this right.
Information on your right to object under Article 21 of the GDPR
1. Right to object in specific cases
In addition to the rights already mentioned, you have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you which is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR (processing in the public interest) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (processing based on a balancing of interests); this also applies to profiling based on this provision within the meaning of Article 4(4) of the GDPR. If you submit an objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Please also note that if we cease processing your data due to your objection, the Site or Products may no longer be available to you or may only be available to a limited extent.
2. The right to object to the processing of data for advertising purposes
You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including any subscription to our newsletters or personalized advertisements; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is associated with such direct marketing. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data in the future.
Article 6 - Data Security
You are hereby informed that your Data may be disclosed pursuant to a law, regulation, or decision of a competent regulatory or judicial authority, or if necessary for the Publisher to protect its rights and interests.
Article 7 - Data Stored by Our Hosting Provider
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases, and general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company comply with the standards established by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our platform and its service providers.
To offer you Klarna's payment options, we may need to share your personal data, including your contact information and order details, with Klarna so they can assess your eligibility and tailor the options to your needs. Your transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna's privacy policy.

Article 8 - Data Retention Period
We process and store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations. Therefore, we store data for as long as our contractual relationship with you, as our User, requires us to do so. After termination of our contract, we will only retain personal data to the extent and for as long as required by law. All other data will be immediately deleted when you, as the User, unsubscribe from our services. If the remaining data is no longer necessary to fulfill legal obligations, it will be routinely deleted, unless further processing is necessary to preserve evidence or prevent the statute of limitations from expiring.
